Super Baji Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to Super Baji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Super Baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Super Baji platform at super-baji.one, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Super Baji is an online gaming platform that offers live dealer games, slots, and other betting products to players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in BDT and are designed specifically for the Bangladeshi market. These Terms apply to all products and services available on the Super Baji platform, including but not limited to live games, slot games, promotions, and payment services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Super Baji platform. If you have already registered and no longer agree to these Terms, you should close your account by contacting our support team.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Super Baji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Super Baji does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or place bets on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Super Baji employee or contractor.

Super Baji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification documents, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Super Baji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering your Super Baji account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, please update them through your account settings or by contacting support.

Super Baji may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held until the process is complete.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• All registration information must be truthful and accurate.
• You must notify Super Baji immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your account is for your personal use only.

04 Deposits and Payments

Super Baji accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently supported. Super Baji does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers, or international payment methods at this time.

Deposits are credited to your Super Baji account balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of completing the transaction, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit amount: subject to the limits set by your mobile banking provider.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Super Baji does not charge any fees for deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Super Baji are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals are paid in BDT directly to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used on your account.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect players and comply with our licensing obligations. Please ensure your account details and verification documents are up to date to avoid delays.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 24 hours of approval.
• Withdrawals requested during peak periods may take up to 48 hours.
• Super Baji does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your mobile banking provider are outside our control.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
• Super Baji reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

If your withdrawal request is declined, our support team will contact you with an explanation. Common reasons for declined withdrawals include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account and the registered account holder name.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Super Baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Super Baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will have their accounts suspended and all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live dealer games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rate for each game type will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Super Baji are final once confirmed. Super Baji does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game. If you believe a technical error has occurred, contact our support team immediately with the relevant game round ID.

Super Baji reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a pricing error, or any other error on the part of the platform or its game providers. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and may be adjusted at Super Baji's discretion.
• Bets placed after a game round has closed will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Super Baji uses certified random number generation for all non-live games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards or equipment in a real studio environment.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all winnings obtained through such exploitation.

08 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Super Baji account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Super Baji will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Super Baji and asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact to our support team immediately.

You should use a strong, unique password for your Super Baji account and enable two-factor authentication where available. Do not use the same password for Super Baji that you use for other online services. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

• Super Baji is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Do not access your Super Baji account from shared or public devices. If you must do so, ensure you log out completely after each session.
• Super Baji may temporarily lock your account if unusual activity is detected. We will contact you to verify your identity before restoring access.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Super Baji platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on Super Baji.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Abusing bonus offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Super Baji staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your Super Baji account.

Super Baji monitors all accounts and transactions for suspicious activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, we reserve the right to close the account, withhold any balance, and share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required.

10 Responsible Gaming

Super Baji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our responsibility to help players who may be experiencing difficulties related to their gaming habits.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Super Baji content without prior written permission.

The Super Baji name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Game content available on Super Baji is provided under licence from third-party game developers. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. Super Baji does not claim ownership of any third-party game content.

12 Limitation of Liability

Super Baji provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Super Baji shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits Super Baji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you believe Super Baji has acted negligently or in bad faith, please contact our support team and we will investigate your complaint thoroughly.

13 Account Closure

You may close your Super Baji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

Super Baji reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice if we have reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

• Accounts closed due to Terms violations will have all balances forfeited, including real money balances where the violation involved fraud or money laundering.
• Accounts closed at the player's request for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will have their real money balance returned but bonus balances forfeited.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Super Baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown at the top. Your continued use of the Super Baji platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
